Chad W. Dunn received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from South Texas College of Law. Chad serves as General Counsel for the Texas Democratic Party in addition to his practice with Riddle & Brazil. Before joining the firm, Chad worked in Washington, D.C. for U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison and later as a policy advisor to Texas State Representative Dawnna Dukes and Texas State Senator Rodney Ellis. Most recently, Chad was with the firm O'Quinn, Laminack & Pirtle where he worked on large personal injury cases and election matters. Chad prepared briefs for Courts of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court. During law school, he received several awards for moot court competition including Best Speaker. Chad was named a "Lawyer of the Fast Track" by the H Texas Magazine in 2004 and is listed as a "Rising Star" litigator in the 2006 listings by Texas Monthly.  Chad lives with his wife Shea in the Houston Heights.  He focuses his practice on business and personal injury litigation.
