 Harold A. Chamberlain Harold "Hank" A. Chamberlain is of counsel to Riddle & Brazil, LLP. He was a trial attorney with the Regional Counsel's Office, Internal Revenue Service, Dallas Region (1957-1961) and a senior trial attorney, United States Department of Justice, Tax Division, Southern Trial Unit, Washington, D.C. (1961-1963). In 1963, he became the founding and managing partner of Chamberlain & Hrdlicka, a tax litigation boutique firm specializing in every phase of federal income, estate and gift, excise, and foreign and domestic tax litigation and planning, which evolved into a full service, business practice firm. Under his 25 years of managing the firm, Chamberlain & Hrdlicka grew from a one man office to a firm with 96 attorneys and 210 employees. In 1988, Hank sold his practice to the partnership and became a sole practitioner.
